Shipping and Returns

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship all packages via UPS, Monday-Friday. UPS delivers Monday-Friday. Once an order is shipped you will be sent a UPS tracking number to track your package. We ship with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage on items like cheese and meats.

If you are purchasing perishable items (such as dairy and meat products), we recommend selecting one of the following shipping options: Next Day Air or 2 Day Air. *We will not be responsible for perishables if one of these service's are not selected.

If you would like your order to arrive and/or ship on a specific day please let us know in your order comments. If we cannot ship according to the below shipping schedule we will notify you by e-mail.

During warmer weather, we ship in insulated shipping packaging with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage for perishable items.
Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the shipping address zip code. A fee is also applied to the shipping cost to cover for the packaging material.

Due to the perishable nature of cheese and meat we avoid shipping them later in the week to prevent the package from spending the weekend in a warehouse.   Exceptions during the winter months where temperatures are under 45 degrees.

We ship all orders that require 3 days transit time on Monday and Tuesday. We ship 2nd Day Air orders on Monday-Wednesday. We ship overnight packages Monday-Thursday. In most cases, orders received before 12 pm CST on the shipping day will be shipped that same day. In some cases, orders received on a Sunday may have to ship on Tuesday.  All order are shipped on an average of 24-48 hours of when the order was placed!

We do not ship internationally!

RETURNS:

We do not except returns on perishable items under any circumstances.  If a product is incorrect, please notify us via email at minosimports@yahoo.com within 24 hours of when the order was received or call and leave a detailed messege (630)847-6072.

Orders that are cancelled after they are shipped will be credited for product value only, not for shipping costs.  There is a 20% restocking fee with no exceptions.
